On February 13, Mr. Ming Xu, Vice Mayor of the city of Xuzhou, visited GCL Silicon.  He toured the new Phase III polysilicon production facilities and met with management to learn more about recent business developments.  Other city officials such as Mr. Wenda Xia and Mr. Jingan Qin accompanied Mr. Xu on this visit.
