During the afternoon of November 9, 2008, Mr. Cao Xin Ping, the Mayor of Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province, visited the production facilities of GCL Silicon Technology Holdings Limited (“GCL Silicon”).  Other city officials accompanied Mr. Cao on this visit.  GCL Silicon’s management team gave a presentation on the production and operating status of the Company.
