CTO/Chief Engineer - Global R&D Center
(The position will be based in US with frequent travel to China)

Job Description:

-  Initiate and lead R&D projects for polysilicon, wafer production, and the rest of the solar     value chain
-  Develop or analyze new production technologies
-  Commercialize lab technologies into industrial production
-  New product development
-  Streamlining or reengineering of existing production process in our China facility for quality     improvement or cost savings
-  Provide technical support to other business functions of the company
-  Engage in technical discussions in business meetings

Ideally you should have a Ph.D. in chemistry or chemical engineering or related discipline with over 10 years of related industry research experience. You should possess advanced knowledge in solar or semiconductor industry, particularly in polysilicon and/or wafer production. You should be a team player with strong project management and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Research Engineer
(The position will be based in US with frequent travel to China)

Reporting to the Chief Engineer �V Global R&D Center, you will assist him/her to conduct R&D projects. You should have a Bachelor /Master/PhD degree in related discipline with over 7 years of relevant industry research experience. You should possess advanced knowledge in solar or semiconductor industry, particularly in polysilicon and/or wafer production. You should be a team player with strong project management and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Field Engineer
(The position will be based in US with frequent travel to China)

You will be responsible for implementing our R&D outcomes or streamlining our polysilicon production or other technical projects as our business requires. You should have an Associate or Bachelor degree in related discipline with over 7 years of operations experience in production in solar or semiconductor industry, particularly in polysilicon and/or wafer production. You should be a team player with strong communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.

General Manager, Sales and Marketing
(The positions will be based in US and Germany with frequent travelling)

The senior management professionals will
-  Manage existing and develop new account relationships
-  Lead marketing efforts, including building and maintaining of our brand, in the region
-  Work closely with supporting resources: marketing, training and customer support
- Formulate and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategies and targets in the    region in conjunction with our head office in China
-  Be responsible for achieving revenue generation targets for the region
-  Build and manage teams of sales and marketing professionals

Requirements:
-  Bachelor degree from a leading academic institution required
-  Over 7 years of sales and marketing experience in relevant industries with a proven track     record of success
-  In-depth knowledge in solar and strong relationships with key solar industry players in the     US/Europe
-  Ability to think strategically and plan
-  Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, any European language skills is preferable (for the Europe     GM) but not a must
-  Frequent travel to clients’ locations required
